1 small ripe banana
1/2 a medium crunchy apple (I used a pink lady) peeled an sliced
6-7 large blackberries sliced in half
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Toppings
1 tbsp toasted buckwheat groats
1 tsp desiccated coconut
2 tbsp Barney Butter
Other half of your apple, 1 tsp water, 1/2 tsp cinnamon
